Joyce worked as manager in a 350 bed hospital for about 20 years. We have been operating three senior homes in Vancouver, WA. We both have hands on job experience in care giving since 1994. Now we have decided to start helping for placements of seniors or adults in Clark county south west Washington. We definitely know that it is very necessary to place right person in a right facility.
From the nature of work which we been doing for many years, we have enough experience to do a through screening of potential providers and the residents. We collect information from the families, discharge planners, doctors and the concerned facilities. Then we have list of providers for the state of Washington. Many of the provider's we know from a long time. We obtain, their experience and qualifications to match the needs of our seniors.
We're more than a referral agency. We not only refer phone numbers of the providers but also set up tours with families from facility to facility.
